Yes. Because we run our own excavation, grading, and drainage equipment alongside our carpentry crew, we prepare level house pads, redirect surface water, and dig deep footings before framing your deck, porch, or dock.
Absolutely. Many sloped backyards in Wake Forest, Sanford, Raleigh, and the Triangle need swale grading, French drains, or downspout piping before a new deck or porch goes up. Doing both with one crew saves time and protects your footings.
We frame with heavy-duty #1 pressure-treated southern yellow pine and install composite and PVC decking (Trex, TimberTech/AZEK), pressure-treated pine, cedar, and heavy timber post-and-beam structures.
