Free estimates and written proposals
Every on-site estimate we provide is free. An inquiry sent through our website or discussed over the phone does not create a construction contract. Work is scheduled only after we walk the project with you, provide a written scope and price, and both sides agree to the written proposal.
Permits, site access, and utilities
When a project requires a local building permit, our crew applies for the permit as part of the job. Homeowners are responsible for letting us know about private underground lines (such as irrigation, septic fields, private electric runs, or Invisible Fence wires) that public utility locators do not mark.
One-year labor warranty
Every project built by Deck By Deck LLC includes a one-year labor warranty covering our workmanship from the date the job is completed. Material warranties on pressure-treated wood, composite decking boards, hardware, or electrical fixtures are governed by the respective manufacturer warranties. Natural wood movement, checking, and weathering are normal characteristics of outdoor lumber and are not structural defects.
Phone and text communications
When you send an estimate request with your phone number, you authorize Deck By Deck LLC to call or text you at that number regarding your inquiry and appointment.
